It was extremely important for us to retain our close, cross-team relations when working from home and we strived to improve remote collaboration both within our teams and with our clients. We’ve taken a proactive and direct approach, building a greater sense of trust with our clients and demonstrating results in comprehensive campaigns closely aligned to their ambitions.Our resilience in the face of adversity, flexible client relationship management and outstanding campaign results in 2020 also resulted in us winning Best Small Biddable Agency at the UK Biddable Awards (Don’t Panic Events) 2020.
